The Language Program to promote English as a language of international communication in Ukraine, created at the initiative of the President of Ukraine, is coordinated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. The Language Program is implemented according to the principle of lifelong learning—education throughout life, accessible to all Ukrainians.

Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine  is a comprehensive technical assistance program implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union to support Ukraine's important recovery and reform processes. The program is funded by the EBRD's Multi-Donor Stabilization and Sustainable Development Fund for Ukraine, managed by the EBRD. The Fund's participants are Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, the largest donor.
